DIRECTOR/CURATOR
Compensation & Benefits Information for Director Curator
Clinton County Historical Association
Salary: $15,000 per year based on
a 20-hour work week
Hours: Tuesday –
Friday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Expectation is that this schedule will be adjusted to
accommodate the Director/Curator’s attendance at monthly Board meetings as well
as CCHA sponsored events.
Vacation: Two
weeks (20 hours per week) after six months of continuous employment. Vacation
may not be carried over year to year. Any unused vacation will be paid at the
time of termination.
Sick Leave: One
week (20 hours) after six months of continuous employment. Sick time may not be
carried over year to year. Unused sick leave is not paid out at the time of
termination.
Paid Holidays: If
the holiday falls on a regularly scheduled work day, holiday pay will be granted
based on the amount of hours regularly scheduled for that day. Eligible
Holidays are as follows:

New Year’s Day
·
Memorial Day
·
Fourth of July
·
Labor Day
·
Thanksgiving Day
·
Christmas Day
There are no other benefits available.
Should the Director desire to obtain health insurance, he/she will be
able, at their own expense, to obtain health coverage through CCHA’s
Chamber of Commerce membership.
